I made this healthy dish for my husband's diet challenge sake:
consuming less carbohydrate but much good high protein.
All ingredients are fresh and local growing, and most of all we used only 2 tsp of oil for this dish (not fat obviously)!
I have no idea about actual what made him slimmer but amazingly he has achieved to lose 4 kg in one month with my foods since he declared his diet!
What I can say about his changing was alternating salad dressing to this home-made non oil one.
This dressing so versatile to use for meat, fish or steamed vegetable!
