It was the day of the rainy week.
I choose the fresh tuna and the PICKLED PLUM in the fridge.
Pickled Plums. They are extremely sour and salty.
Also they are absolutely Japanese distinctive stuff.
I chopped them and used them for spice of Tuna Carpaccio.
