This season has just come.
These are wild vegetable and I picked up them whilst having a lovely walk along a coast line.
After working up a sweat, I made a dinner which was my family's favourite using the wild garlic:
Tonkatsu (とんかつ Pork cutlet) and Tom yum soup.
Such a hearty appetite, but it should be alright after such an energetic time!
