Whenever I get fresh clams from local reliable fishmongers, my table is full of clam dishes. .
This evening was Steamed Clams in white wine Spaghetti with Japanese Yuzu flavour as always. Do you know Yuzu flavour? Their acid are much milder than vinegar or lemon, so i think Yuzu would be easier for even children.
Today's seaweed salad was with Non oil Japanese dressing "Yuzu Soy sauce dressing", how healthy!
My family couldn't stop munching them and I couldn't stop smiling at them.
