I have spent time to make fun with my friends and children in this half term.
What a lovely & memorial time.
The sky when I happened to look up was breathtaking.
I found spring is getting close here.
After the exciting time, I stood in the kitchen for our dinner as always.
Soba with Prawn Tempura.
This is Japanese style, Soba alongside of lots of herbs.
Chopped spring onions, grated ginger and crashed sesame.
Do you know that we Japanese enjoy the hot water which boiled Soba as well?
It's called Soba Yu (It literally means Hot water for boiling Soba).
That's subtle but very healthy and addictive actually.
It's almost the end of February from next week.
