The other day, I made a pressed sushi, which is a traditional food in some region in Japan as I finally gained the utensil for making that.
Then this was the cake:
And put the tiny flower Dashi jelly alongside.
Ummm, I definitely need to brush this up further for reaching my perfection, but it was huge fun to create something new!
What shall I make next?
