The other day, this was my lunch, Soba Salad.
Soba is the Japanese name for buckwheat noodle and is cooked in a few minutes. (Actually I cooked this salad in 5 minutes)
This quick easy but so flavourful dish is perfect for a side dish.
Also Soba contains high good nutritions: it contains all eight essential amino acids and antioxidant.
