Such a busy day with juggling lots of works, this slow cooking meal saved us.
Pulled Pork Japanese barbecue sauce and Tofu salad.
I just marinated the pork shoulder with Soy sauce, Sake, honey, garlic, ginger, salt and some slice of orange over night.
And simmered them, and it's done!
Easy peasy happy time.
Put a Tofu salad alongside.
These pretty edible flower Dashi jelly uplift us so much!
They are fresh organic flowers what I planted and fed in my garden.
