It's been a long time, I have been away for holidays in Canary Island.
Every moment every place, I was been inspired by lots of Spanish tapas. They are full of flavour of olives, garlic and sunshine. What a passionate taste!

Then, after my recharging the energy, I stood in my kitchen as always.
I chose tuna today.
Japanese Seafood Stew with olive & tomato puree.
The soup came from all fishs' Umami (the delicious flavour of fishes). New country made my world expanse.
I really thank goodness for this priceless experiences.
