The summer has nearly come to beautiful Cornwall.
I felt like to cook very Japanese taste.
Then I marinated Scottish salmon into my original paste, Yuzu Miso paste, and grilled them wrapped with bamboo leaves in the oven.

Miso is effective in making protein tender by their fermentation, then these salmon is absolutely succulent and flavourful.
And I cooked Physalis dressing for the alongside vegetables.
They are perfectly matching with sweet, savoury & a little sour flavours.
Oh joy, oh joy.
