The other day I was over the moon because I ultimately succeeded in finding a good Wagyu (Japanese beef) supplier.
I have been so desperate for their beautiful marble meat for my cooking for a long long time in Cornwall.
What a feeling by achieving a dream!
So, I attempted to make a sample dish for my Christmas Supper Club at once.
Dry Aged Wagyu Beef with Wasabi Cream.
How tender, succulent and flavourful!!
This made me bliss.
