It's already the middle of January, Oops can't believe!
Anyway, I've been trying to tune my weight since last week and this dish was my most favourite as I could have much more fresh vegetables.
Also we don't need any oil for cook the mackerel!
Although it might look complicated, it took less one hour like 45 minutes actually.
