The other day, I was really lucky to get a live lobster from a local fishmonger.
That was a genuine Cornish lobster.
My boys were so excited to see the live real lobster for their first time!
This was perfect timing for me as well because I just obtained some new techniques for cooking live lobster from a culinary school of San Sebastian in Spain a few weeks ago.
Then I tucked up my sleeves!
Cornish Lobster Salad with beetroot dashi jelly & homemade garlic mayonnaise
I pureed the lobster brain which is the most delicious rich taste of lobster and served it alongside.
That was absolutely fresh and clean taste like this resent season!
