I cooked "Confit de poulet" for ages.
Because wild rosemary in may garden looked so beautiful in the spring sun shine.
Their fresh and flavourful smell inspired me this dishes.
Seasoned chicken with many flavours for over night.
I really love this quiet time. Just the sound of simmering.
I can't resist confit whenever I found this menu in any restaurants.
But especially I love MY confit which my dearest cooking teacher taught me in the past..
Crispy skin and flavourful & tender meat.
I have done for charging the energy for busy this weekend.
