These little lives encouraged me to make a fresh dish; Rice Stuffed Squid (Ikameshi), Carrot & Ginger Jelly, Organic Summer Vegetables
Ikameshi (Rice stuffed squid) is typical Japanese food.
Rice is seasoned with soy sauce, Sake, mushroom broth and little bit sugar.
Well, I'm gonna make this traditional dish into a recipe for you who might be a Japanese food lover.

In such a busy day, it's better to make the simplest cooking dish.
Cauliflower and Blue Stilton Soup, Grilled Cornish Sardine -Lemon, Garlic, Capers, Oregano, Dill
Just grill some cleaned sardine which were coated with extra-virgine olive oil, lemon, garlic, capers, oregano, dill and sea salt in the oven.
Easy peasy but tasty.
And cauliflower and blue stilton soup.
Ingredients are quite simple; boiled and mashed cauliflower, salted fish broth (stock) and blue stilton.
It's worth trying these simple but healthy meal at your kitchen!

How lucky we live in such a beautiful and harvesting place; Cornwall.
The other day, my favourite fishmonger, Kernow Sashimi, gave us the chance to buy the freshest Megrim which was caught just the day before.
This was perfect timing as we had a little celebrating thing on the day.
I cleaned this huge megrim and cooked with lots of vegetables.
This was absolutely delicious.
Rich, flavourful, creamy but not too heavy at all.
This recipe is based on the recipe of Cornish legend, Nathan Outlaw and I have added some arrangements for my fitting.

Well,..Pan-fried noodle dishes are really home-style dish, but I just put makeup on that for making difference from a stale dinner.

Beautiful Wagyu (Japanese beef) which is melt in your mouth, what an amazing marble meat!
The taste is really rich, creamy and remarkably nutty.
I sliced Wagyu thinly and lightly seared only surface by a blow torch aiming for it's delicate fat is nicely melt.
I'm planning to set these new beauties on my menu in my pop-ups in this year.

This is a marriage of Japanese and Mediterranean dish.
This spaghetti was seasoned with fish stock, butter, soy sauce, banana shallot, Coriander and Tobiko (Flying fish roe), which is popular in Japan.
