On a day of such a busy weekend, I always chose a simple cooking for my family.
This time I chose "Oyster" & "Grill".
I just wrapped Oysters with thin bacons and slidden them in a oven. Very simple but extremely they are flavourful!
With my special seaweed extract cream onto them.
Love Cooking & Love Smiles on the table.
That's why I have kept cooking in my life.
On the day which I visited to the Carlyon Bay, luckily I could get a whole Cornish Crab from _Ostraca Pop Up Venue.
Then could you guess what I cooked with this crab?
That was a risotto with Cornish seafoods with Japanese flavours.
I steamed the rice with traditional Japanese seasoning, dried seaweed, dried bonito (kind of Tuna) and Sake, instead of the water.
And added the squid bit after for pulling out it's flavour into the rice.
Hence I'm sure my risotto packs absolute deep flavours.
The base was the puree made of Yuzu and pepper.
No doubt about perfect finishing is the topping Cornish Crab meat with chopped Coriander.
Joy joy, oh my word!
What will I arrange the left Cornish Crab tomorrow?
Happy cooking makes me happy.
Have a restful evening, dear all my friends.
This Half term is nearly finishing (Phew!).
I have been so tired to keep my children busy.
Such a worn-out time, this special dressing always helps me.
I marinated Chicken thigh meat with this dressing for a few hour in advance.
Then the dish I cooked on this day was Charred Chicken Rice Bowl.
Do you know Onions and Apples have an enzyme to make protein softer?
Hence this charred chicken is incredibly soft and juicy!
Topping is my original fluffy seaweed cream.
The ultimate combination with succulent chicken & savoury light cream.
My family is huge fan of this dish.
Don't forget to set the dressing alongside too.
The cooking time always heals me.
Thanks goodness, today is Friday!
Have a splendid weekend everyone.
