This plate might be looked fancy though, the method is quite simple.
You need two different size of rings.
Place larger one on a plate first and fill the filling up in there.
Then place smaller ring on the larger one, fill another filling up there.
Here is the Ponzu Dressing which is made from scratch.
I'm going to share some tips of how to make different plates' presentation with you this weekend at the Brian Etherington.
We are really looking forward to welcoming you to our sessions full of fun indeed.

I made this little bit dressed up plate using that salmon sashimi: Lightly Seared Beetroot & Soy Marinated Scottish Salmon Sashimi Salad -Seaweed Biscuit, Kelp Seasoned Cream
This is the Seaweed Biscuit, it's seasoned nicely with garlic.
And the whipped cream is seasoned with Japanese kelp powder, so soy marinated salmon and this cream are so matching!
Umm very happy tummy :)

She was a master of Japanese calligraphy and monochrome paintings, and she has won so many prizes for her outstanding masterpieces.
This Haiku worships the beautiful early spring time and admires lively nature.
And what a beautiful Japanese authentic fabric!!
Whenever I see this hanging scroll, my heart is calmed and fulled by peace.
I'm really proud of our great cultural heritage.
Thank you, my grandma, I'm looking forward to seeing you when I will visit to Japan with these little monkeys next time.

Grilled Cornish mackerel, Organic Tofu with Yuzu Miso, Organic beetroot Kimpira (stir-fried salad), Chinese five spices carrot with soy marinated beetroot, Konjac
Konjac...have you heard of this VERY Japanese food before?
This is a saviour for dieters as it's ZERO calorie!
What a miraculous healthy food, isn't it!!
But Konjac has completely no flavour and taste at all, so definitely you need to add some flavour.
So I always make lots of fine cuts on the surface for preparing it to be absorbed seasoning.
Anyway, I'll share some Konjac recipes with you soon, but I would like to share another typical Japanese food's recipe today.
That's Kimpira (stir-fried vegetable).
Normally we use carrot and burdock for Kimpira, but you shouldn't stick these vegetables if you can get any root vegetables. .
This time, I could get really lovely fresh beetroots from local shop, so I chose their stems for Kimpira.
Menu of the day was this; Grilled Cornish mackerel, Organic Tofu with Yuzu Miso, Organic beetroot Kimpira (stir-fried salad), Chinese five spices carrot with soy marinated beetroot, Konjac
Grilled Cornish mackerel 鯖の塩焼き
I can't recommend this enough whenever you have a chance to get really fresh mackerel.

All chicken and leek are local ingredients and so reliable.

Hmmm, are you getting to be intrigued? :)
I hope so!
