Just a throwback to Christmas holiday.
We had a lovely families' dinner with our friends themed vegetarian Japanese food.
Japanese winter hot stew -Oden
Coconuts Curry Sushi and Tofu Canapé with pickled sour plum
And 2 Way Tofu Fritters -Gammo
All are very Japanese but especially the tofu fritters are huge hit for my guests.
So now, I wanna share the recipe which is an authentic method. Honestly It's not rocket science at all, you just need to wiz ingredients.
