I’m from Tokyo which is the capital city of Japan. Tokyo is a place of full of plenty of global cuisine cultures, it means that I had unlimited opportunities to absorb broad artistic tastes in my life. Actually I used to visit new restaurants and Izakaya every weeks after my office work for my curiosity to cooking. I couldn’t stop my passion for foods. Meanwhile I went to cookery and baking bread schools and acquired a knowledge of cookings mainly French home style cookery. I started my own cooking classes in my home kitchen in Tokyo from 2012. I developed new home style recipes and shared my passion to people. And also I wrote my Food Art articles in web magazine. Now I moved to Cornwall of the UK with my family and teach authentic Japanese home style cooking and children’s baking since 2015.
I live in Truro of Cornwall with my husband and two boys.
